Alert: Beware of Phishing Scams

Recently, there have been a number of suspicious emails, telephone calls, and fake websites impersonating the JAL Group. These scams attempt to steal our customers’ personal information, including credit card details, JAL Mileage Bank account numbers, passwords, and more. There have also been fake social media accounts posing as official JAL Group promotional sites trying to fraudulently collect credit card information.

The JAL Group may send emails regarding reservations, products, and services; however, we never request sensitive information such as credit card numbers, PINs, or JAL Mileage Bank account details by email. Please take caution to avoid clicking on any suspicious links in emails or websites that claim to be from the JAL Group.
