Beware of suspicious e-mails and fake websites purporting to be from the JAL Group

Recently, we have confirmed the existence of suspicious e-mails purporting to be from the JAL Group companies, attempting to steal customers' personal information (credit card information, JAL Mileage Bank account numbers, passwords, etc.), as well as fake social media sites that pose as JAL Group promotional sites and attempt to steal credit card numbers.

In a recent case, a fake email was sent to a customer in the form of a reservation completion email.

JAL Group may send emails such as reservation and products and services information, but we do not send emails requesting information such as your credit card number, PIN, or JAL Mileage Bank account number, or links to our websites. Please be careful not to click on any email or site link that impersonates the name of JAL Group company.
