(2) Purpose of visit (Tourism or Business)
(3) Itinerary (One way or Round trip)
(4) Origin and destination
(5) Connecting flight (if any)
(6) Departure date

  • For the origin and destination, please enter the name of the country or region.

Please be careful that you may be denied entry at your destination or boarding may be refused if your travel documents are incomplete.

In addition to the entry requirements, JAL may apply special measures at the request of each country.  

For flights operated by other airlines including codeshare flights, the operating carrier may have its own boarding requirements. Please be sure to check with the operating carrier for the latest information before departure.
