In November 2025, JAL won the Best Wi-Fi in Eastern Asia 2026 award at the FTE APEX Asia Expo 2025 held in Singapore. Each year, APEX uses a third party to survey over 1,000,000 airline users on seat comfort, inflight services, inflight meals, inflight entertainment, and presents this award to the airline in each region that delivers the highest level of service quality. The award for inflight Wi-Fi, introduced in 2017, has been won by JAL eight years in a row. This represents the highest number of wins achieved by any Asian airline.
