International Flights Ticket Service Fees
When JAL issues a new ticket or processes changes to a purchased ticket, the following ticket service fees apply.
Please note that any changes made after purchase are subject to a fee, regardless of fare, tax, or fee differences, or changes to the route.

Ticket service fees vary depending on the region of purchase.

- At some airport counters where ticketing services are outsourced to other carriers or contractors, fares are set by the ticketing service provider.
Conditions for Fee Application
Applicable flights
- JAL international flight paid tickets
- JAL International Award Tickets
- JMB Partner Airlines Award Tickets
- oneworld Award Tickets
- Jetstar Japan Award Tickets
Exempt (fee waived)
In the following cases, no fees will apply for ticket issuance or changes.
- Tickets for infants not requiring seats
- Tickets paid for with JAL travel coupons
Notes
New ticket issuance and changes
- A ticket service fee will be charged per set of tickets.
- If multiple tickets are issued* or changed at the same time as part of a single itinerary, they will be treated as 1 set, and a single ticket service fee will apply.
- The same ticket service fee will be charged for child fares as well.
- If an international award ticket is issued at the same time as an international flight ticket purchase, only the ticket service fee for the international flight ticket will be charged.
Refunds
- Ticket service fees are non-refundable.
