Watching the sushi chef’s skilled hands at work right before your eyes is the true joy of dining at the counter. Before you leave Japan, we hope you’ll experience the country with your eyes and taste buds. It is with this spirit that we welcome you all.
In addition to the three types of sushi always available, we offer seasonal selections such as chutoro (fatty tuna) and conger eel on a weekly rotation. Enjoy the seasonal flavors of Japan before you depart. We also offer vegetarian rolls upon request.
We offer a selection of beverages carefully chosen to complement our sushi. The wine selection features choices curated by wine taster Motohiro Okoshi, as well as Joseph Perrier champagne. We also offer three varieties of sake each season.
After your sushi is ready, please relax in a space filled with the warmth of Japanese culture. AC power outlets and USB ports available.

An open dining area featuring a glossy white base with brass accents. Seating includes four-person tables as well as longer tables.
The counter-style dining area offers a rich array of menu options, including Japanese-style set meals and pasta. A beautiful dining space designed by table coordinator Yukiko Yamamoto unfolds before you.
We are proud to offer “AFURI Yuzu Shio Ramen,” a collaboration with the popular ramen chain AFURI, featuring a refreshing yuzu aroma, in addition to our “JAL Special Tonkotsu Ramen,” with a rich, spicy miso soup and mustard greens, and the Chinese-style soba at Manpuku, a historic restaurant from the Taisho era. Enjoy our seasonal ramen selections.
Find the JAL aircraft hidden among the monochrome line art on the wall overlooking the counter. Great for searching with your children, we recommend using the red crane logo as a guide.
