- You can use JAL's International Web Check-In Service from 72 hours up to one hour prior to the scheduled flight departure time. Boarding passes for flights to/from the US, to Australia and from Taiwan(*) and Korea can be printed 24 hours prior to departure.

This service can be used for return flights to Japan through the same procedures as for departure flights from Japan. Certain airports are excluded due to local laws and regulations, facility limitations, etc. such as Paris and Hanoi. Please check at departure.
- This service is also available for package tours, excluding tours departing from Honolulu and Guam.
- Depending on the departure airport, you will need to check-in at the check-in counter or Self-Check-in Machine.
- If you have baggage, drop your baggage at the Fast Baggage Drop counter no later than 60 minutes (40 minutes at Haneda Airport) prior to the scheduled departure time of your international flight.

From 72 hours to 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time of your international flight, access JAL's website or mobile site(Japanese only) to use JAL's Web check-in service and print an Online Boarding Pass from a PC. (For flights to/from the US, to Australia and from Taiwan and Korea you can print an Online Boarding Pass 24 hours prior to departure.)
- *After you check-in over JAL's website, you can pick up your boarding pass at the airport as before. At airports with Self-Checkin Machines (SCM), we recommend picking up your boarding pass at the easy-to-use SCM. Please pick it up no later than 60 minutes (45 minutes for First Class and Business Class) prior to the scheduled departure time of your international flight. At Beijing and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, please pick up your boarding pass no later than 60 minutes prior to departure regardless of Class, and at Haneda Airport, no later than 40 minutes prior to departure.


- You can select your own seat from the seat map! Customers who have already selected a seat can change their seats by using Web Check-In Service.
- * Some seats are excluded from the Advance Seat Selection Service, such as seats for installing a bassinet.
As this service is on a first come, first serve basis, you may not be able to reserve your requested seat. We would appreciate your understanding.

- After purchasing a ticket, select a seat and register your passport data, etc.Boarding pass will be sent to your e-mail address at 24 hours prior to the departure. Print out is easy, too.
- * If the conditions for Web check-in are not met 24 hours prior to departure, auto Web check-in cannot be done.
- * Access "Web Check-in" under International Flights on the JAL website to confirm your Web check-in status.

Check the reservation number for a JL/Japan Airlines flight, and input the reservation number.

- When the JMB number used to Log In is not registered in the reservation record

[Cancellations]
If you wish to cancel an international flight for which you have completed Web check-in, please contact your nearest JAL office or the travel agent, and cancel or change your reservation.
