How to use JAL's Web Check-in Service

Log In

Web Check-in service from top page

Click the International Flight Reservation tab, and then the “Web Check-in” button. Enter your JMB number and Password (6 digit), and click the “Web Check-in” button.
If you are not a JMB member, enter your reservation number, etc, and click the “Web Check-in” button.

  • * You can use JAL's International Web Check-In Service from 72 hours to 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time of your international flight. For flights to/from the U.S. and to Australia, Online Boarding Passes can be printed 24 hours prior to departure.

Of your reserved flights, flights which you can check-in over the Web will be shown. Click “Select” of your requested flight.

Check the name of the passenger, whom you would like to check-in over the Web, and click “Next.”

Confirm the flight and passenger whom you would like to check-in over the Web, and click “Seat assignment.”
  • *If you have already selected a seat, the seat number will be shown. Please confirm.

Enber the passenger's date of birth, and click the requested seat. Click “Agree to the condition and assign seat.”

Enter the passenger's passport information and e-mail address, and click “Registration/Modification.”

Click “Print boarding pass,” and an Online Boarding Pass will be shown. Print it from a printer. An Online Boarding Pass is required for each passenger and each flight. Customers who do not have a printer are requested to pick up their boarding pass from a Self-Check-in Machine (Narita, Haneda, Kansai airports) or at the check-in counter on the day of departure. Customers who do not have an e-ticket itinerary/receipt are requested to click “Print e-ticket” and print it from a printer. You may be asked to present your e-ticket itinerary/receipt at check-in, immigration control or customs inspection. If you do not have it with you, it is possible that you may not be permitted to enter the country, so take care.
