MAISON KAYSER Freshly-baked Bread
Since Maison Kayser opening its first boulangerie in Takanawa, Tokyo in 2001, it has constantly been ranked in lists of top bakeries.
Maison Kayser's products are known for its distinct flavorsome taste, because it is baked with slowly matured wild yeast. Its popular croissant was named number one by a famous French newspaper.
Maison Kayser's freshly baked bread, which is served in three star restaurants, can be enjoyed in JAL Narita Airport lounges (*).
* Served in First Class Lounge (main building, satellite) and Sakura Lounge Dining (main building).
In Narita Airport lounges, we also serve fine selection wine brands carefully picked by Fumiko Arisaka, a famous wine journalist in Japan who is known for our JAL Wine Collection which is served in JAL First Class and Business Class (excluding some routes).
Enjoy “Goku”, barley shochu – Japanese sprits, matured in oak barrels, which is served in JAL Business Class (excluding some routes), and Daiginjo sake “Hishono-mai” produced jointly with Akita Seishu Co., Ltd., which is served exclusively in Lounge.
THE DINING and THE BAR offer diverse various drink and food menus, besides high quality service by bar staff in the evening. ※excluding Sakura Lounge （Satellite）
