| Booking and Purchase | Booking can be made until the day of travel. Ticket for all sectors must be purchased at the same time, prior to the commencement of the trip. The ticket must be purchased within 3 days of the date of booking. If the booking is made on the day of departure or less than 3 days before the day of departure, the deadline for purchase is 20 minutes prior to the flight's scheduled departure time. |
| Booking Change | Change of booking is permitted. The ticket is not endorsable except for JAL Group flights. Any changes or cancellations should be completed prior to the flight's scheduled departure time. |
| Ticket Validity | The ticket is valid for a maximum of 90 days after the date of issue. Please be advised that once the reservation is made, the ticket will be valid for the booked flight only. |
| Refund / Cancellation | All tickets will be subject to a Refund Charge of ¥420. For cancellations that are not made by the flight's scheduled departure time, a Cancellation Charge will be incurred. Refund must be made within 10 days after the ticket's expiration date. |
| Touch & Go boarding | Available If you are willing to purchase Discount for the Disabled fare and to use Touch & Go, you are required to present the necessary document at JAL domestic ticketing counter or at travel agency when purchasing the ticket, or register passenger information in advance.
