- Information on Domestic ticket usage, validity, and guidance of lost or stolen tickets.
- Receipt issuance
- JAL will issue, upon request, an official receipt for tickets purchased online from the JAL website, by telephone and at any JAL Group ticket counter (city/airport). Receipt can be issued within one year after the ticketed date.
- e-ticket
- An e-ticket is a way to electronically store and manage all your ticket information from ticket issuance through boarding. Easy and convenient!
