Members in the Japan region who can log in to the JAL website but cannot receive a one-time password.
*If you can receive the one-time password, you can change your email address immediately from "Manage your accoout". (JAL PC site only)
[Important Information]
・Your registered email address to which the one-time password is sent will change as a result of this procedure.
・Please read the notes for registering your e-mail address before proceeding.
・If more than one request for the same JMB membership number is submitted, your email address change will be processed based on the information provided in the final request.
・We will verify your identity by comparing the information reported on this form with your JAL Mileage Bank registration information. Inconsistencies in the registration information will not be accepted.
・Please note that we will not be able to contact you individually either when the application process is completed or when the application is not accepted.
[Time Required to Complete the Change]
Please allow around three days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and year-end and New Year holidays) to complete the change after receiving your request.
