- Please be aware that if you register the wrong address by mistake, notifications may be delivered to a third party.
- The e-mail address that you register will be used to automatically populate the delivery e-mail address field for booking confirmation e-mails (for domestic and international flights); e-mails containing information on international flights; and whenever you use e-mails containing information on domestic bookings.
- Please note that if you change your e-mail address, that change will also be applied to the e-mail address used to automatically populate the respective field for booking confirmation e-mails (for domestic and international flights); e-mails containing information on international flights; and whenever you use e-mails containing information on domestic bookings.
- Please be aware that if you change your e-mail address, our e-mail distribution system may not be updated in time depending on the distribution schedule for e-mail newsletters, resulting in your next newsletter being delivered to your original e-mail address.

If your mobile phone rejects our incoming e-mails, please change your settings to allow e-mails from jal.com and jal.co.jp.
