Login Alert

A notification email is sent to inform you when we detect a login from a new device.

If your JMB membership information and password are stolen and you are logged in illegally, you will be notified immediately with a login alert.

Log in that I don't remember

If you are not familiar with the login you have been notified about, it is permitted that a third party has misused your account. We will inform you to change your password.

Changing Your Password

You can do this via "Change password."

It is permitted that a third party may have spoofed your registered e-mail account and used your one-time password.

Additional correspondence is required to change passwords for email accounts.

STEP1: Email account management

  • Possible to log in to your email account.
  • No emails that I don't remember.
  • The forwarding address or contact for reassignment is your own.

STEP2: Reset password and device information

  • Reset your password (Avoid using the same password over and over again.)
  • Set up two-factor authentication for e-mail accounts and register device information.

If you remember logging in yourself

A login alert e-mail will be sent to you when your login environment is different from usual, even if it is your own login.

  • When you log in for the first time from a new device (including when you change your device to a new model).
  • When you log in from a different browser.
  • When you have deleted your cookies or factory reset your device.
  • When you link your JMB membership information to a third-party app.

新しい環境からのログイン操作を確認した場合、メールでお知らせしています。
以下の場合にメールが配信されます。
・初めてログインを行う(機種変更含む)
・普段ご利用のブラウザと異なる
・Cookieの削除や端末の初期化を行う
・他社アプリとJMB会員情報の連携を行う

万が一、このログインにお心当たりがない場合、第三者がアカウントを不正に利用している可能性がありますので、パスワードの変更をおすすめします。

  • Sender e-mail address: jmb_confirmation@jal.com
