Step 1 Preparation

Step 1-1 Confirm with airport or cargo sales office

Confirm details of the airport or cargo sales office you will use.

Step 1-2 Confirm type of cargo

The required documentation is different depending on the type of cargo.

Step 1-3 Confirm price

The price depends on the weight and size.

Step 1-4 Packing

Please pack your cargo securely to withstand transportation. 

Your cargo may be opened for safety inspection and repacking requested.

Step 1-5 Booking

Private clients are not able to specify the flight that will carry their cargo. For more information, please inquire with the representative at the departure airport.

Step 2 Handover of cargo

Step 2-1 Delivery to airport

All procedures must be completed by the designated time. 

If not completed in time, your consignment will not be able to be carried on first available flight.

Please get your cargo to us with time to spare.

Step 2-2 Register data

Please register the data required for shipping into the system.

Step 2-3 Make payment

Payments may be made by cash or credit card (or some forms of electronic payment).

Step 2-4 Obtain receipt

You must provide us with an air waybill number when picking up cargo at the destination airport.

Step 3 Pick up cargo at the cargo office at the destination airport

Personal identification and the air waybill number issued at the airport of origin are required. 

If cargo are to be picked up by an agent (someone other than the recipient specified on the air waybill), please submit a Power of Attorney.
