What JAL’s transportation services for valuable goods can offer

We carry a wide variety of valuable goods

Goods are kept in a safe at the airport depot

Goods are subject to special treatment in accordance with arrangements devised and approved beforehand

Gold and other precious metals, cash, diplomatic papers, confidential documents, etc.

Goods are stored in a safe at the cargo depot where they are under 24/365 security.

Goods are received at a safe place and at a pre-arranged time, with records kept of each step in the process.

Goods can be escorted by a security guard from the depot safe to the aircraft.

Goods are kept in a safe on the aircraft. Only specially appointed staff are able to lock and unlock the safe.

Please arrange your own transportation to and from the airport.
Goods may not be available for pickup within the specified time if the flight arrives outside the customs service working hours. For more information, please refer to the terms and conditions for goods drop off and pickup at different airports.

Weight and size restrictions	The minimum external packaging dimensions are 15 × 10 × 5 cm
