From cargo acceptance to delivery, we transport with various measures to mitigate the risk of impact, including risk reduction within the warehouse and slow driving during airport transit.
Impact management using S/W (ShockWatch) and T/W (Tilt Watch)
S/W (Shock Watch) and T/W (Tilt Watch) are used to monitor cargo, to track any shocks and keep them to a minimum and to provide notification to the customer.

Tender cargo
Upon cargo arrival, the CARGO CONDITION CHECK LABEL is attached, and the confirmation and recording of S/W (ShockWatch) and T/W (TiltWatch) are performed.
Build up
It is handled with special care and kept at an appropriate location at the warehouse to minimize the risk of impact, shaking and tilting.
Loading
To minimize the impact, shaking and tilting on the cargo, we will drive at low speeds while moving within the airport.
Impact management using S/W (ShockWatch) and T/W (Tilt Watch)
To manage and minimize the impact and tilting on the cargo, we will check the S/W (ShockWatch) and T/W (Tilt Watch) and inform you of the results.

Shippers: Please contact the freight forwarder (air freight agent) when booking.
Step 1 Booking
Please contact your nearest JAL sales office. Enter “J CARE” product code in the Handling Information field.
Step 2 Acceptance of cargo
As inward goods deadlines vary between airports, please check or inquire beforehand.
Step 3 Delivery of cargo
As goods pickup timings vary between airports, please check or inquire beforehand.
