Shippers: Please contact the freight forwarder (air freight agent) directly when booking goods delivery.
Step 1 Booking
Please contact your nearest JAL sales office.
For cargo originating in Japan, please enter the following information in the international air waybill (AWB).
- Airport of Origin ⇒ The airport where the goods are dropped off (the initial airport, not Haneda Airport)
- Handling Information ⇒ "J LINK SERVICE CUSTOM CLEARANCE AT HND"
(Also, please specify the company name, contact name and phone number of the customs agent at Haneda Airport)
Step 2 Acceptance of cargo
As inward goods deadlines vary between airports, please check or inquire beforehand.
Step 3 Delivery of cargo
As goods pickup timings vary between airports, please check or inquire beforehand.
- Please arrange your own transportation to and from the airport.
- Goods may not be available for pickup within the specified time if the flight arrives outside the customs service working hours. For more information, please refer to the terms and conditions for goods drop off and pickup at different airports.
