First, you'll need to link the personal screen with the JAL app.

STEP1

Open Wi-Fi settings on your smartphone and select “Japan Airlines”. No need to pay for a Wi-Fi plan!

Now you can use the JAL app to control the personal screen!

Please use your personal monitor to pair with JAL app when you have difficulty in pairing or when the contents do not display.
Please allow your device to “Find and connect to devices on the local network" when using the personal screen pairing feature of the JAL app.
