Please visit the JAL Japan region website (www.jal.co.jp/jp/en) to check, change or cancel (refund) your reservation, change your seat selection, or to issue an e-ticket itinerary or receipt.
*Some functions may not be available due to purchase channels or form of payment.
For airline tickets that cannot be refunded on the website, we have prepared a refund application form. If you have a ticket that cannot be refunded on the website, such as when the flight is cancelled due to flight reduction or bad weather, you can apply for a refund by filling out the refund form below.
