Reservation rules

- If your seat is not confirmed and ticketed by the end of the ticketing time limit (*) or the waitlist holding period (*), all flights in the reservation will be canceled automatically.

(*)When making reservations from the JAL website, the Japan Region is based on Japan time, the American Region is based on U.S. Pacific time, the Europe, Middle East & Africa Region is based on U.K. time, and the Asia & Oceania Region is based on Hong Kong.

Please complete payment by the purchase period of your booking, by the earlier of up to six hours prior to departure or by 23:59 of the day before departure.
