Shippers: Please contact the freight forwarder (air freight agent) directly when making bookings.
Step 1 Proposal
We will propose the best plan to suit your transportation needs.
We recommend that you consult with us well in advance.
Step 2 Booking
Please contact your nearest JAL sales office. Enter “J EXPRESS” product code in the Handling Information field.
Step 3 Acceptance of cargo
The cut-off time for tender will be set individually as these are custom-made transport products. Please confirm and inquire in advance.
Step 4 Delivery of cargo
The delivery time will be set individually as these are custom-made transport products. Please confirm and inquire in advance.
