• Miles are credited to your account when you pick up and return rental cars that are booked through the JMB World Marketplace.

• *Bookings that are not made through the JMB World Marketplace are ineligible for mileage credit.

• 3 miles are credited per 100 JPY on the car rental booking.

• Miles will be credited to JMB members who verify their identity on the JMB World Marketplace.

• *If two or more JMB members share a rental car, only the member who booked the rental car will be credited with miles.

• Miles will be credited to your account within one week after the car return date.

• The cancellation policy differs depending on the car rental company and the car rental plan. Miles are not credited for cancelled bookings.

1. Log in to the JMB World Marketplace using your JMB membership number and password.
2. After searching for and selecting a rental car, enter the information required for your booking.
3. Enter your JMB membership number and One-time Password. (Must be the same JMB member who entered the information in Step 1.)
4. Miles will be deducted from your account at the time of booking.

• For members in the Japan Region who have registered to the JALCARD Family Program, awards requested by pooling family mileage may be used by the primary member, the primary member's spouse, the primary member's relatives within the second degree of kinship, and the spouses of the primary member's brothers/sisters-in-law.

  What is JAL Family Club?

• Miles will be deducted from your account at the time of booking.

• Once deducted, miles cannot be returned to the original account, used in exchange for a different car rental company or car rental plan, or exchanged for cash.

You can choose to omit the JAL Coupon redemption/mailing process by directly redeeming your miles to book a rental car.

Please note that this service cannot be used for requested JAL Coupons that have already been sent to your JMB registered address.

• The service for booking rental cars through the JMB World Marketplace is provided by Ascenda, a JAL partner.

• This service is available only to those who are 18 years of age or older.
