Seasonal ingredients, for each of the four seasons

Expert chefs at Japanese and Western-style restaurants with JAL connections change the menu every ten days, and emphasize ingredients special to the season. Alcoholic beverages, snacks and refreshments are carefully chosen by taste masters from Japan and abroad.
