Important Note
A Lost Ticket Report cannot be filed without the full details of your ticket. Please apply for a lost ticket with all the necessary information at where you purchased the original ticket no later than the expiration of the ticket’s effective refundable period.

Within the applicable refund period*1 of the original ticket + 3 months
As we regard you as having boarded the flight with the original ticket, we will refund you the amount paid for the replacement ticket. However, should the fare for the replacement ticket differ from that of the original (i.e. lost) ticket or should you board a flight not covered by the original ticket, the amount for the original ticket will be refunded.
The amount of the original ticket will be refunded.
If official documentation cannot be provided when traveling on fares which require proof of identification, the passenger will be required to purchase a replacement ticket in the same way as if the ticket had been forgotten in order to travel the itinerary.
