Check-in

Please have one of the following ready;
  • JMB IC card, JALCARD, or mobile with IC (NFC) function
  • E-ticket itinerary / receipt
  • JMB card
  • Credit card used for ticket purchase of individual fares
  • 8 or 12-digit order number

Please select preferred service button, and follow the directions shown on the screen.If you use your JMB card, credit card without IC (NFC) function, or 8 or 12-digit order number for check-in, boarding pass will be issued.Hold the Barcode printed on your boarding pass over the reader at the security point and the boarding gate.
