Fare Regulations

Conditions Approximately 50% off applicable One-Way Fare / Child Fare with a special discount coupon for Shareholders. One coupon is valid for one sector per person.
The discount coupon is transferable, as well as the shareholder.
Please note the issuing carrier of Shareholders discount coupons.
If issued by JAL Valid on JAL(*)/JTA/JAC/RAC
  • * Also valid on codeshare flights with Fuji Dream Airlines (FDA) and Hokkaido Air System (HAC).

Shareholder's Saver Fare is NOT available in conjunction with any other offers or discounts, such as Round-Trip Fare and Advanced Purchase Fare.
There are no blackout periods for this fare type.
Shareholders Discount Coupon Validity

Shareholders Discount Coupon Validity must be within both the ticket validity (maximum of 90 days after the date of issue) and
the validity mentioned on the Shareholders Discount Coupon.

Booking and Purchase

Booking can be made until the day of travel. Ticket must be purchased within 3 days of the date of booking. If booking is made less than 3 days prior to the departure date, the deadline for purchasing is 20 minutes prior to the flight scheduled departure time.

Ticket Purchase Deadline

Please present your valid Shareholders Discount coupon at the time of ticket purchase. '(1)Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon' or '(2)Ticketing Barcode for Shareholders Discount Coupon' printed on the coupon is required. (Please scratch off the red-edged square.)

  • When purchasing online, please enter the '(1)Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon'.
  • When purchasing through JAL Domestic Reservations & Information, please inform the '(1)Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon'.
  • When using Check-in and Ticketing Kiosk, please hold the '(2)Ticketing Barcode for Shareholders Discount Coupon' over the reader.
  • When purchasing at JAL Group city ticketing counter / domestic airport counter or through travel agent, please present your valid Shareholders Discount Coupon or inform the '(1)Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon'.
Booking Change Change of booking is permitted. However, the ticket is non re-routable.
Any changes or cancellations should be completed prior to the flight's scheduled departure time.
Fare adjustment will be necessary when booking change causes fare difference from the original purchased ticket and that of the actual flight.
Limitation of Available Seats The number of available seats are limited.
This discount fare is not applicable to all flights.
Ticket Validity The ticket is valid for maximum 90 days after the date of issue. If the valid date mentioned on the Shareholders Discount Coupon is shorter than the ticket validation, the valid date mentioned on the coupon will be applied.
Please be advised that once the reservation is made, the ticket will be valid for the booked flight only.
Refund / Cancellation All tickets will be subject to a Refund Charge of ¥420. For cancellation that is not made by the flight's scheduled departure time, a Cancellation Charge will be incurred.

Refund must be made within 10 days after the ticket's expiration date.

Replacement for the Shareholders Discount Coupon will be issued or 'Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon replacement' will be informed at a JAL Group domestic ticket counter (city/airport) provided that the original coupon is still valid and within the refundable period.

  • * The usage of Replacement for the Shareholders Discount Coupon and 'Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon replacement' is the same as Shareholders Discount Coupon and '(1)Ticketing Code for Shareholders Discount Coupon'.
Touch & Go boarding Touch & Go is available.
First Class Advance booking for First Class is available. The number of available seats are limited. First Class is not applicable to all flights.
First Class is available with an additional charge. (Discount will not be applied to First Class fare.)
Class J Advance booking for Class J is available. The number of available seats are limited. Class J is not applicable to all flights.
Class J is available with an additional charge. (Discount will not be applied to Class J fare.)
Mileage Accumulation Rate 75%
First Class 125%, Class J 85%
  • * When you check in through the Check-in and Ticketing Kiosk using an open dated ticket, you need to register your mileage information after check-in.

  • * Please be advised that a Passenger Facility Chargewill be added to fares for flights departing from and arriving at Haneda, Chubu International and Kitakyushu Airports.
