Domestic Passenger Facility Charge (PFC)

Haneda Airport, Chubu Airport and Kitakyushu Airport passenger terminals have a Passenger Facility Charge.  This charge will be applied in response to maintenance of various common facilities in the passenger terminal buildings.  The PFC is included in the cost of the ticket for passengers departing and arriving at these airports.  We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

• - Child charge will apply if an infant under 3 years of age occupies a seat on a paid ticket.

• 1. PFC is included in the fare and it is collected by the airlines on behalf of airport management companies.
• 2. The full amount of PFC will be refunded in case of ticket refund.
• 3. Conditions of ticket purchase, changes and refund are based on the conditions of tickets and the fare applied.
