Boarding method At the airport

How to check-in

Please check-in at Self Service Check-in and Ticketing Kiosk.

8 or 12-digit order number

  • (*) Your boarding pass may be issued in some cases. Please follow the directions shown on the Kiosk screen.

Self Service Check-in and Ticketing Kiosk is not available in the following cases. Please proceed to the check-in counter.

  • - Passengers holding tickets issued by other airlines
  • - Passengers with connections to an international flight (or holding international tickets)
  • - Passengers requiring special assistance when boarding

STEP 2 Security checkpoint : 15minutes before departure Hold two-dimensional barcode or IC card over the reader.

Scan the IC card or two-demensional barcode on your e-ticket receipt or boarding pass at the security point barcode reader.

STEP 3 Boarding : 10minutes before departure At the departure gate, scan the same item that you scanned at the security checkpoint.

Keep the boarding pass until you reach your destination.

After 10 minutes before the departure time, there is a possibility that you may not be accepted for your flight.

STEP 4 Arrival

Passengers who have connecting flights, please check the connection information board or contact a ground staff for assistance.Passengers who have checked in their baggage, please proceed to the baggage claim area.Passengers without check-in baggage, please proceed directly to the exit.
