사용 제한

  • JAL 쿠폰 사용 대상자, 지역 등에는 제한이 있으므로 주의하시기 바랍니다. 자세한 정보는 JAL 쿠폰에 동봉된 JAL 쿠폰 가이드를 참조하시기 바랍니다.
  • JAL 쿠폰 사용 및 기타 제한 사항은 사전 통보 없이 변경될 수 있습니다.
  • JAL Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
    No change will be given if the value of the JAL Coupons exceeds the purchase price.
    JAL Coupons that are sold, bartered, or exchanged will be null and void.
    Monetary refunds of flight tickets, package tours, in-flight shopping (excluding "Ouchi de Kinaihanbai (In-Flight Shopping Online)"), mail order items, and other purchases made using JAL Coupons will be issued minus the JAL Coupon amount. If you use JAL Coupons for full or partial payment of a flight ticket that cannot be changed, and subsequently require a reservation change, the ticket must be cancelled and refunded and the above restrictions will apply. Similarly, booked package tours that require a reservation change must be cancelled first. Any amount paid with JAL Coupons will not be refunded, regardless of the incurrence of any cancellation fees. Please note that these terms and conditions apply only when the change is made at the request of the customer.
  • 한 번 공제된 마일리지는 원래 JMB 계정으로 환불되지 않습니다.
    JAL 쿠폰 특전 신청 후 JMB 계정에서 차감된 마일리지는 원래 계정으로 환불되거나 다른 특전 구매에 사용될 수 없습니다. 이러한 규정은 JAL 쿠폰 사용 전 환불 요청 여부와 관계없이 적용됩니다.
  • JALCARD 패밀리 프로그램에 등록한 일본 지구 회원은 가족 합산 마일로 특전을 교환하여 본회원, 본회원의 배우자, 본회원의 이촌 이내의 친척 및 본회원 배우자의 형제/자매들이 사용할 수 있습니다.
