In order to enhance customer convenience, we are introducing the JAL Mileage Bank (hereinafter "JMB") login system on the digital ticket sales site "Altair Triple Star" by Wellnet Corporation (hereinafter "Wellnet Website"), which sells specific digital tickets as part of the JAL MaaS service.

Start Date and Time for JMB Login: September 24, 2024 7pm JST

Due to this change, there will be modifications to the login and mileage accumulation methods on the Wellnet website.

   (1) Enter the email address and password registered on the Wellnet website to log in.

   (1) Click "JAL Mileage Bank Members"

   (2) Log in with your JMB membership number and JMB account password

   (3) (First Time) Read the terms and conditions, and if you agree, check the checkbox and click "Next"

• From the Second Time Onwards, steps (3) may be skipped.
• If you are already logged in with your JMB on the same device, steps (1) and (2) may be skipped.

• If you wish to continue accumulating miles when purchasing new tickets on or after 7pm on September 24, 2024, please proceed from "JAL Mileage Bank members.

• How should I cancel or change a reservation made before 7pm on September 24, 2024?

  Customers who purchased tickets before 7pm on September 24, 2024, should proceed from "Non-JAL Mileage Bank Members" when using, changing, or canceling the tickets. Tickets purchased before 7pm on September 24, 2024, will still be eligible for mileage accumulation even if you proceed from here. If you wish to continue accumulating miles after canceling the ticket and making a new purchase, please proceed from "JAL Mileage Bank Members."

• Will miles be accumulated for reservations made before 7pm on September 24, 2024?

  If you correctly entered your JMB registered name and JMB number at the time of purchase, miles will be accumulated approximately two months after use.

• What happens when I proceed from "JAL Mileage Bank Members"?

  By clicking "I Accept" on the next page, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Account Linking: Your JMB account will be linked with the Wellnet website account.
  2. Information Sharing: JAL will provide your JMB membership number to Wellnet.
  3. Data Collection and Usage: When you make a product purchase or use a service that qualifies for mileage accumulation, JAL will obtain purchase information from Wellnet. This information includes, but is not limited to, order quantity, order amount, order date and time, and user environment information. JAL will link this information with your JMB membership number.
• If I already have an account on the Wellnet Corporation site, do I need to re-enter my personal information?

  If you wish to continue accumulating miles, please proceed from "JAL Mileage Bank Members" and re-register your personal information even if you already have an account. We apologize for the inconvenience.

• How can I cancel my membership registration?

  If you wish to cancel your membership registration, please send a request form to Wellnet Corporation from the following form. *Only available in Japanese

  • If you have unused tickets, please cancel your membership registration after using or refunding the tickets.
• How can I change the JMB account to be linked?

  Once a JMB account is linked, it cannot be changed. Please register for a new membership account.

  There is no need to cancel your previous membership registeration (if you wish to do so, please refer to FAQ "How can I cancel my membership registration?").

• If I do not have a JMB account or do not wish to link my JMB account, can I still purchase tickets on the Wellnet website?

  Yes, it is possible. If you do not have a JMB account or do not wish to link your JMB account, you can proceed from "JAL Mileage Bank Members" and purchase products. However, in that case, you will not be able to accumulate miles.
