View user guide - This service uses timetable data maintained by Val Laboratory (Ekispert). As such, route search results may not reflect JAL flight plan changes such as flight increases, decreases, or cancellations in real time. For information on JAL flight plans, please see the JAL website or the JAL app.
- JAL assumes no responsibility for ground transportation and other third-party services located, booked, or arranged through JAL MaaS. In addition, JAL cannot be held responsible for failure to arrive by the scheduled flight boarding or destination arrival times. We ask that customers take responsibility for their use of the service.
- Route search results may not cover all ground transportation providers.
- Routes and ground transportation fares displayed in search results are estimates. JAL cannot guarantee the accuracy of these routes and fares.
- Domestic fares displayed under "Search Route" are for one adult traveler. Please visit the linked page to view ticket details.
- JAL cannot guarantee the accuracy of JAL flight status information provided through JAL MaaS. JAL MaaS does not account for disruptions such as irregular schedules and cancellations.
- If JAL flight status information is unavailable, search results will be based on the regular flight schedule.
- Airports are typically congested during peak travel periods (Golden Week, summer and winter holidays, etc.). We ask that you give yourself plenty of time to get to your flight during such periods.
- If an account registered with this service is not used for one year (including logging in), the account and registered personal information will be deleted, and you will no longer be able to view your past usage information or complete related procedures. If you wish to use this service after the account has been deleted, you will need to register again. Please note that your JMB account will not be deleted. However, your usage history and personal information related to this service, including information associated with use through your JMB number, will be deleted on a rolling basis once more than one year has passed.
