[Notice] Changes to International Cargo Fuel Surcharge Revision Method and Additional Applicable Rates

In response to the recent sharp increase in aviation fuel prices, we have decided to revise the timing of updates to the fuel surcharge for international cargo shipments from Japan, as well as the upper limits in the surcharge table, as outlined below. These changes are intended to help us continue providing stable and reliable transportation services.

We will continue to make every effort to maintain a high level of service, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.　

For AWB issued on or after April 23, 2026

From April onward: twice a month ( currently: once a month )　

The fuel surcharge will be revised twice a month based on the average price of jet fuel (kerosene) traded in Singapore, as detailed below.

The current table, which covers up to USD 200-205 per barrel, will be increased to USD 295-300 per barrel.

For details, please refer to the “New Cargo Fuel Surcharge Table.”

The average jet fuel price for the reference period of March 23-31, 2026 was USD 212.18 per barrel. Taking into account the emergency mitigation measures implemented by the government in response to the situation in the Middle East, the following fuel surcharge rates (per 1 kg) will be applied for the period April 23 to April 30.
