Strengthening of Screening for Product Names and Shipper/Consignee Information all cargo to/via EU, Northern Ireland, Norway and Switzerland

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your support and patronage to JALCARGO.

 

We have received a notification that the screening of shipper, consignee, and product names declared under ICS2 will be strengthened starting from February 2026.

The list of Stop Words has been updated and its scope expanded. If any of the listed terms are included in the declaration data, the declaration will be automatically rejected under ICS2.

Therefore, when submitting declarations, please provide detailed and accurate information without any omissions.

All cargo to/via EU, Northern Ireland, Norway and Switzerland

3. Notes

Please provide accurate product names to be entered in the "Nature and Quantity of Goods" field of the FWB/FHL messages, as well as the Master AWB and House AWB.

4. Others

  1. The use of abbreviations is not allowed.
  2. Using the same product name on both the MAWB and HAWB is also prohibited.
  3. Transportation will be carried out on the reserved flight only after confirmation of approval from the EU authorities.
    We are not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred if loading cannot be performed.
  4. The EU customs may continue to update the Stop Words list in the future.
