The JALCARGO website will evolve even further

On December 17, 2025, JAL will further evolve its cargo website into a platform.New content will be added, including JALCARGO NEXT (Net Zero Emissions Column), cell transport services for regenerative medicine, and the international cargo booking portal "JAL e-Cargo." By providing irregular flight information when searching for departure flights and AWBs, and expanding the scope of our real-time email notification service for cargo transport status, JAL aims to create a more convenient, easy-to-understand, and user-friendly platform for customers.

More user-friendly

When searching for departure flights or AWBs, accurate information on irregular passenger flight operations such as delays, turnbacks, and diversions is provided. Furthermore, the JTMS (Japan Transport Status Confirmation Mail Service) has been expanded to cover all cargo, and the number of AWBs that can be registered per application has been increased to five, greatly improving convenience.

In addition, it offers outstanding functionality, excellent ease of use, and further improved work efficiency, including a new embargo search function and a revamped schedule search function.

JAL will leverage the renewed cargo website as a real-time communication platform with customers, delivering timely updates on JALCARGO initiatives. New content and features will continue to be introduced to ensure the platform remains accessible, user-friendly, and engaging for all users.
