1. Apply for the same-day delivery service beforehand or after you arrive in Japan

You can apply for the service on our website two months prior to your arrival or at the JAL ABC counter after passing customs once you land in Japan. If you apply for the service at the JAL ABC counter, you’ll need to make a reservation and payment using the 2D barcode on the poster in front of the JAL ABC counter (at available airports) at the arrival lobby.

2. Get your bag sticker(s)

After you complete the application, you’ll need to print the baggage sticker from the issuing machine next to the poster and attach it to your luggage.

3. Drop off your luggage

Once you’ve attached the sticker, check it in at the JAL ABC counter (at available airports) at the arrival lobby.

4. Pick up your luggage at the hotel

The delivery destination is restricted to hotels only. Other accommodations (inns, Airbnbs, etc.) are not eligible for this service. Please also note that the delivery service caters to specific areas only (under Service Areas).
