JAL’s "Same-day Delivery Service" provides customers arriving with same-day delivery of your checked baggage to your hotel. For customers who wish to check your baggage with us, please come to the "JAL ABC counter" located in the arrival lobby.

How to use

1. After arriving the airport, please come to the JAL ABC counter located in the arrival lobby. If you did not apply for the service beforehand, you can apply at the counter by scanning the 2D barcode.
2. After completing the application, issue a baggage sticker from the issuing machine next to the poster, attach it to your suitcase,and then check it in at the JAL ABC counter.

Important Information and Guidance

  • The maximum allowable size for checked baggage is a total of 160 cm or less for the sum of the three dimensions, and a weight of 20 kg or less per item. Please note that we are unable to accept golf bags or bicycles.
  • There are a limited number of reservations available, and the service may not be accessible depending on the time of application.
  • The delivery destination is restricted to hotels only. Deliveries to locations other than hotels are not eligible for this service.
  • Please be aware that due to weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be delayed or may not be possible on the same day.
  • Personal information obtained during the use of this service will be handled in accordance with the "Handling of Personal Information by JAL Group Airlines."
  • When applying for the service, please ensure that you correctly enter your JMB membership number (7 or 9 digits) in the specified field. If the JMB membership number is incorrect, miles will not be accumulated. Please note that if the reservation name and JMB number do not match, miles will not be credited.
  • Please note that staying at a hotel within the delivery area may not ensure a reservation for this service due to system reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
  • If you have made a reservation to check in more than one piece of baggage and wish to change the number of pieces on the day of service, please cancel and rebook your reservation.
  • Should you have any questions or inquiries regarding our service, please direct your inquiries to the email address provided below. Responses will only be available in English, Chinese, and Korean. Kindly note that as this is an inquiry desk specifically for the Same-day Delivery Service, therefore we are unable to address questions concerning other services.

  • You cannot check in your baggage after service hours have passed.
  • If you wish to cancel, please follow the procedure from the URL provided in the application completion email. If you do not have the application completion email, please contact the inquiry desk.
  • If you wish to change the details of your service application, please cancel from the URL provided in the application completion email and reapply.
  • Refunds for service fees related to unused services due to customer negligence cannot be made after the final acceptance time on the scheduled service date.
