On this website, personal information will be acquired and used by appropriate and fair means for the following purposes, in accordance with our "Privacy Policy" and "JAL Group Airlines: Processing of Personal Data in GDPR":
- To provide air Cargo transportation services (Reservations, sales, airport handling, etc. Including cases of interline transportations, joint operations, code-sharing, etc. in addition to normal transportation services)
- To provide JALCARGO Tracing Mail Service (JTMS)
- To provide information and communications; to conduct questionnaires relating to products, services, various events, campaigns, and such
- To conduct sales analysis, investigations and research; to develop new services and products
- To conduct operations relating to 1 - 4 above; to respond to inquiries, etc.
2. Provision of Personal Data to a Third Party
- Customers' personal data will be transmitted to and processed on servers operated by CHAMP, as JAL Group Airlines utilize CHAMP’s system, which is managed in Japan that manages the cargo service system used by JAL Group Airlines.
- As the inquiry form uses external web services, part of the customers' personal data will be disclosed and provided to the web service providers. The handling of personal data is governed in accordance with the terms of use and privacy policies of each service provider.
- JAL Group Airlines may entrust the handling of personal information, within the scope required to achieve the purpose of use, to a third party other than the company itself. In this case, the JAL Group Airlines shall conduct appropriate management and supervision in accordance with item 6 of "JAL Group's Basic Policies on Information Security and the Protection of Personal Information."
