Eligible Customers

Customers who purchased a ticket from Europe to Japan on JAL Business on WEB and boarded the first flight during the promotion period.

Applicable Routes and Flights

JAL international routes. London (JL044/JL043) (JL042/JL041), Paris (JL046/JL045), Frankfurt (JL408/JL407), Helsinki (JL048/JL047) and Other Extra Sector Flights.

  • *This promotion is not valid for JAL codeshare flights operated by other airlines.

3,000 bonus miles will be credited to JAL Business on WEB customers in Europe region who purchased a ticket from Europe to Japan on JAL Business on WEB and boarded their first JAL international flight on an eligible route and booking class during the promotion period.

Please Note

  • *Bonus miles will be credited within 2 months of boarding date.
  • *Bonus miles will be credited once only after the first flight activity during the promotion period.
  • *Enrollment in JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) is required for this promotion. Please enroll in JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) before booking if you are not the JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) member.
  • *Please ensure to enter your JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) membership number at the time of reservations.
  • *If you do not enter your JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) membership number in your reservations, you will not be eligible for receiving bonus miles for this promotion.

For customers who have already registered, please access the JAL Business on WEB page and make a reservation using the "Find Flights and Book" button.
If you make a reservation using a method other than JAL Business on WEB, any available discount will not apply.
* Discounts may not be available on certain flights, fares or flight dates.

Company ID and Customer Number

The Company ID and Customer Number are exclusive to your registered company. Only staff of the registered company are eligible to make use of this service.
