The complimentary Maternity Mark is offered at the airport to not only expectant mothers, but also all FLY ON status members. You are welcome to take this opportunity to pass on this Maternity Mark as a gift to family and friends.

Eligible members: Members with FLY ON status in all regions
- The Maternity Mark is currently being updated to a new design. The timing of the design update differs depending on the airport. Accordingly, please note that in some cases we may be unable to accommodate requests for the new design.

After childbirth
Service 01 JMB Crystal status offer until the end of the birthday month when the child reaches two.
For JMB members with FLY ON status at the time of childbirth, JMB Crystal status will be offered for up to 12 months if you submit your application before the end of the birth month of the second year after childbirth*.

Service 02 We assist passengers travelling with infants and babies
Assistance is available for customers travelling with infants or small children at the airport and in flight.

- Assistance preparing milk in flight, etc.
International flights
- Free baby stroller service, baby stroller check-in or carry-on
- Baby bassinet
- Child seat installation
- Diapers, child meals, etc.
During child rearing
Service 01 Assistance for children traveling alone
We provide assistance to children traveling alone.
Japan domestic flights
Assistance is provided for children between 6 and 7 years of age who are not accompanied by an adult. (Assistance is also available for children up to 11 years old upon request.)
- A child traveling alone can be accompanied to the boarding gate by a parent or guardian before departure.
- Upon arrival at the destination, a JAL staff member will escort the child to the child's parent or guardian in the arrival lobby.
