
JMB members who have accrued 30,000 FLY ON Points (including 15,000 FLY ON Points for JAL Group flights) or more or 30 flights (including 15 JAL Group flights) or more and 10,000 FLY ON Points or more on JAL Group Airlines and/or oneworld alliance member airlines in a calendar year will be enrolled in JMB CRYSTAL.
First entrance to the “FLY ON Program”.
“JMB CRYSTAL” will provide you with comfort in the air.
“JMB CRYSTAL” members can also use the oneworld RUBY Services.

When your preferred JAL Group flight is fully booked, priority waitlisting will apply based on the type of fares. When your preferred oneworld alliance member airlines flights are fully booked, priority waitlisting will also apply at the respective oneworld alliance member reservation centers.
JMB CRYSTAL members will receive an additional 50% sector bonus miles on JAL Group airlines flights or American Airlines(*1) flights when traveling with eligible fares during the eligible period.
*1 Effective from April 1, 2011(flight date)

Members can apply for five airport lounge coupons (not transferable) valid for Japan domestic airport lounges and issued in exchange for 5,000 JMB Miles. Airport lounge coupons must be requested and received prior to travel. (DIAMOND/PREMIER LOUNGE access is not permitted.)


By presenting the CRYSTAL CARD, all of the Services indicated below will be available upon departure.
Executive Class check-in counter
JGC check-in counters. (Only when flying "class J")
When flying with oneworld alliance member airlines, you can use the priority check-in counter indicating oneworld tier status.
When flying in "class J" on JAL domestic routes, JMB CRYSTAL members will have their baggage tagged as priority.
In addition to the standard checked baggage allowance, JMB CRYSTAL members who are flying on JAL Group operated flights are allowed to check the following extra baggage free of charge.
・Domestic flights : up to 10kgs
・International flights : one extra piece*
*First class and executive class : Each piece must not weigh more than 32kgs.
Economy class : Each piece must not weigh more than 23kgs.
JGC members are eligible for the same service given to JMB SAPPHIRE.
By presenting the CRYSTAL card and boarding pass, the members have the privilege to board prior to the regular passengers with the First/Executive Class passengers on JAL flights.
By presenting the CRYSTAL card, priority standby will apply when you wait for a seat on JAL Group Airlines flight or on oneworld alliance member airlines flight at the airport on departure day.


Members can upgrade to the next higher class of service on JAL Group flights by using Upgrade Points.Upgrade Points are transferable to the member's family.
Members can redeem miles for class J coupons valid on JAL Group Airlines domestic flights. Coupons are valid for use by the member, spouse or first- or second-degree relative of the member.

JAL Global Club members who possess JGC CRYSTAL cards can receive the following oneworld SAPPHIRE services when flying on oneworld member airlines.
JGC CRYSTAL card members can use the lounges of member airlines of oneworld alliance located in about 550 airports worldwide. The member and one traveling companion are allowed to enter the lounge.
