Web receipt
For tickets purchased from Japan Airlines, the receipt can be simply displayed and printed out from JAL website.

What kind of receipt can be displayed online
Web receipt can be issued for tickets, including JAL International Award Tickets or Partner Airlines Award Tickets issued/purchased from JAL website, JAL call center or JAL Group ticketing counter. Payment adjustment at the time of reservation change, handling fee, refund charge will be also shown on the receipt.
In addition, a single receipt can be issued for multiple passengers in the same booking, through "Manage booking" page.
- *Receipt cannot be issued for non-refundable fares.

When to apply
Web receipt can be obtained online after ticket purchase (ticket issued) up to 1 year after the departure date of last flight segment.
- *This service is not available for passengers who have completed boarding the last flight in itinerary before November 15, 2017.
