We would like to inform you that we will be discontinuing the new issuance of "JAL Coupons", a service enjoyed by many of our customers, on the date specified below.
End Date and Time for New Issuance (Application Deadline)
January 31, 2027 (Sunday) at 11:59 p.m. (Japan Standard Time)
If you wish to exchange your miles for JAL Coupons, please complete your application by the deadline above.
Regarding Currently Issued JAL Coupons
Any JAL Coupons currently in your possession will remain valid and can be used until the expiration date printed on the coupon, even after new issuance has ended.

申請 JAL 折價券酬賓獎勵時，可致電我們的自動電話應答服務或前往 JAL 網站申請。

透過 JAL 網站
居住在亞洲（日本除外）和大洋洲的旅客
JAL 折價券僅會寄送到您的 JMB 註冊地址，且僅會透過掛號信寄送。
請注意，申請後約需要 2 週的時間才能收到折價券。
- *JAL 折價券酬賓獎勵申請不得使用郵政信箱作為郵寄地址。
- *JAL 折價券將透過國際快遞服務寄送。寄送服務一律需要簽收。
- *視您所在地區的郵政服務狀況而定，JAL 折價券可能需要 2 週或更長時間才能寄達。
- *JAL 折價券不能於機場櫃檯領取。
