Important Information
Jetstar Japan requires that all passengers, including children and infants traveling with an adult, provide valid photographic identification. Expired identification will not be accepted. Accepted forms of photographic identification include:
Juki-card with photo (Basic Resident Register Card), valid passport, driver’s license, Government issued photo identification, student identification

- 獎賞申請完成後，不可在稍後的交易中更改航段數目（例如從 1 個航段改為 2 個航段，反之亦然）。如要將單程（1 個航段）獎賞機票更改為來回（2 個航班）機票，必須在取消 / 退票現有機票後申請新的機票，或者申請一張額外機票與現有的機票併用。如要取消來回（2 個航段）機票中的單程（1 個航段）機票，所需里數的差額將不予退還。
- 提供予佔用座位的兒童和嬰兒的獎賞，所需里數與成人相同。不佔用座位的嬰兒不可使用奬賞機票，並必須以同行成人乘搭的服務等級的嬰兒票價購買機票。
- *條款及細則視乎夥伴航空公司而異。請向相關航空公司查詢詳情。
有效期
奬賞機票於旅程開始後一年內有效。 （旅程必須在機票發出後一年內開始。）
發出的獎賞機票僅適用於預訂的日期及航班。未能於預訂日期乘搭預訂航班將導致損失獎賞機票。里數不獲退還，亦不可用奬賞機票更換其他奬賞。
