使用限制

  • 就合資格使用 JAL 禮券的人士、適用地點及其他使用條件，均設有限制。欲瞭解更多資訊，請參閱 JAL 禮券隨附的 JAL 禮券指南。
  • JAL 禮券的使用及其他限制或會更改，恕不另行通知。
  • JAL Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
    No change will be given if the value of the JAL Coupons exceeds the purchase price.
    JAL Coupons that are sold, bartered, or exchanged will be null and void.
    Monetary refunds of flight tickets, package tours, in-flight shopping (excluding "Ouchi de Kinaihanbai (In-Flight Shopping Online)"), mail order items, and other purchases made using JAL Coupons will be issued minus the JAL Coupon amount. If you use JAL Coupons for full or partial payment of a flight ticket that cannot be changed, and subsequently require a reservation change, the ticket must be cancelled and refunded and the above restrictions will apply. Similarly, booked package tours that require a reservation change must be cancelled first. Any amount paid with JAL Coupons will not be refunded, regardless of the incurrence of any cancellation fees. Please note that these terms and conditions apply only when the change is made at the request of the customer.
  • 里數兌換後，將不可退還至原本的 JMB 賬戶。
    根據 JAL 禮券獎賞申請從 JMB 賬戶扣除的里數不可退還至原本賬戶或用作更換不同的奬賞。此條款適用於使用 JAL 禮券之前提出的退款申請。
  • 已登記加入 JALCARD 家庭計劃之日本地區會員，以併用家庭里數兌換的奬賞可供主會員、主會員的配偶、主會員二等親內的親屬，以及主會員的配偶之姊妹的丈夫 / 兄弟的太太使用。
