    *For notifications that could not be sent during the service outage, there may be delays in delivering them after the service resumes.

Mail (related to domestic reservation)

  • Reservation/purchase/change/cancellation completed
    *After system maintenance, some mails will be delivered with a delay.

Notification for JAL Information (LINE account)

  • LINE notification regarding "JAL flight status information" and "boarding procedures"
    *After system maintenance, some notifications will be delivered with a delay.
  • Richmenu functions (Information for reserved flight/boarding method, airport information)
    *Not available during the system maintenance.
