Full-Time Senior Airport Operation Representative |

| Job Description |
|
| • |
Supervise entrustment companies to ensure high quality service delivery for our international passengers. |
| • |
Oversee various passenger related matters, such as check in, ticketing, baggage handling, arrival and boarding formalities. |

Assist flight operations. |
| • |
Handle any irregular situations that may arise. |
| • |
Administer In-flight Service items and matters. |

Other duties as assigned. |

| Minimum Requirement |
|
| • |
Previous experience working in airline industry at least 2years. |
| • |
Bilingual in English and Japanese preferred, but not required |
| • |
Must be available to work on weekends and holidays |
| • |
Excellent communication skills |
| • |
Typing and computer proficiency |
