Full-Time Cargo Service Representative |

| Job Description |
|
| • |
Represent Japan Airlines in day-to-day cargo operations by supervising handling company staff in the loading, unloading, securing, and staging of aircraft cargo or baggage including the operation of Cargo system, CSP, TGC and UMS. |
| • |
Provide direction and guidance to on-duty staff on any anticipated or existing problems in order to ensure that load plan is executed efficiently. |
| • |
Create monthly/quarterly reports and statistics. |
| • |
Verify the accuracy of invoices for payment processing |
| • |
Other duties as assigned. |

| Minimum Requirements |
|
| • |
Previous experience working in airline cargo industry at least 1years. |
| • |
Must be available to work on weekends and holidays |
| • |
Excellent communication skills |
| • |
Typing and computer proficiency |
| • |
Bilingual in English and Japanese preferred, but not required |
| • |
Valid U.S. driver’s license |
| • |
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa support available) |
| • |
High school diploma |
