Introduction of Fuel Surcharge |

As a result of the effects of the unprecedented rise in fuel costs, the JAL Group plans to introduce a fuel surcharge on all international passengers flights, subject to government approval. |

Effective: For tickets issued on/after February 1, 2005, through September 30, 2005. |

Applicable Sectors: JL, JO, EG international sectors (including JL marketing flights operated by other airlines) |

The same amounts apply to adult/child/infant fares. The surcharges also apply to FFP award tickets issued to members of the JAL Mileage Bank and charter flight tickets. |

In the case of refunds, the fuel surcharge will be refunded in full and the cancellation or refund charge will not be applied. |
|
The surcharges will be cancelled when the average monthly price of Singapore kerosene falls below the benchmark of US$40.00 per barrel. |
