Discover why diving around Tokyo is so special and epic

Diving near Tokyo is incredibly special for several reasons:

Colliding Water Currents:
Tokyo’s coast experiences the mixing of cold and warm water currents. As the seasons change on land, water temperatures fluctuate, offering diverse diving experiences throughout the year.

Upwelling Currents:
The deep trenches surrounding Japan create upwelling currents along the coast. These currents bring nutrient-rich waters from the deep, attracting deep-water creatures that are rarely seen in recreational diving depths.

Biodiversity Hotspot:
Japan’s unique geographic location makes it a biodiversity hub. The waters around Tokyo are home to a wide variety of marine species, offering divers a chance to encounter an extraordinary range of life, from colorful reefs to elusive deep-sea creatures.
These factors make Tokyo’s dive spots a fascinating and ever-changing underwater adventure.
